Terms of Service

By creating an account or accessing or using Chenzo Studios (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Chenzo Studios provides tools for creating, saving, and publishing stream graphics and browser-source widgets. Features may change as the Service develops. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for configuring OBS and other third-party software correctly. We do not guarantee compatibility with every browser, device, broadcasting platform, plugin, or third-party update.

You retain ownership of project content you create or provide. You grant Chenzo Studios a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

Published widget URLs are designed for unauthenticated OBS browser sources. Anyone with the URL may view the published output. You are responsible for the content you publish, where you share the URL, and ensuring you have all rights and permissions needed for your text, names, logos, graphics, and other content.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any law or another person’s rights.
• Publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, exploitative, or intentionally harmful.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, or bypass security or usage controls.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation.
• Scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The Service, software, visual design, branding, templates, and other materials supplied by Chenzo Studios are owned by Chenzo Studios or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of the Service or Chenzo Studios branding to you.

The Service relies on or may link to third-party services, including hosting, database, authentication, OBS, and streaming platforms. Their own terms and policies govern your relationship with them. Chenzo Studios does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or changes.

The Service does not currently process subscriptions. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, included features, and any refund terms will be disclosed before purchase. Additional payment terms may apply, and this section and the Privacy Policy will be updated before payment processing begins.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, failed to pay an amount that is due under future paid terms, or when necessary to protect the Service or others. Where reasonable, we will attempt to provide notice. Account termination may make projects and public widget URLs unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Chenzo Studios disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that saved content will never be lost or that the Service will always be available during a live broadcast. You should maintain appropriate backups and test your setup before streaming.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chenzo Studios and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, broadcasts, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Revised Terms will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or these Terms without our written consent. Applicable law governs these Terms, and disputes will be handled in courts with lawful jurisdiction unless consumer law requires otherwise.
